Cycle Haven provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspections, tune-ups, brake adjustment, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair, subject to inspection and workshop capacity. Any scope of work is confirmed only after the bicycle has been assessed. Written inspection summaries may be provided where appropriate.
Prices are not final until the bicycle and component condition have been inspected and the scope of work has been approved. For more extensive work, a deposit may be requested before work begins. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at collection or during booking, and any additional work requires approval before it is carried out.

Walk-in puncture assessment may be offered subject to capacity.
